ITFast Pty Ltd has taken product support to the next level. We have formed "priority service" agreements with our vendor partners allowing us to provide our customers with the quickest and most reliable technical support possible.

With high priority access to the support departments of our vendor partners, we are able to support our products quickly and efficiently to ensure best outcome for our customers.

All support enquires will be directed to the appropriate vendor partner (on your behalf) and responded to by an ITFast Support Personnel via email or telephone.

We do all the heavy lifting for you!

Product Warranty

All products at ITFast Pty Ltd are backed by full manufacturer warranties as per the period stated. If you have a warranty claim please submit a support enquiry and we will advise you on how to proceed with your claim.

To ensure the fastest process for our customers, all warranties are dealt through either our distributors/suppliers or in most cases directly with the manufacturer of your product.

If your goods are Dead On Arrival (DOA) contact us so we can arrange a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for your product.

Refund and Returns Policy

Customers may return products purchased from ITFast Pty Ltd and receive a credit (or where agreed, a refund) of the paid price, subject to the following:

  1. You can provide ITFast Pty Ltd with a Tax Invoice and the sale is logged by ITFast Pty Ltd
  2. The product is returned to ITFast Pty Ltd within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date
  3. The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories and any instruction manuals
  4. The product is unopened, unused and in its original condition
  5. Products sold on a "no returns basis" are excluded. ITFast Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply the No Returns Basis policy to any product as it deems necessary
  6. ITFast Pty Ltd determines, in its sole judgement, that the Customer is in good standing
Products satisfying all the foregoing requirements may qualify to be returned. Some products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
